The NOYES FLX380 FlexTester is the world’s smallest, lightest, most complete single-mode fiber optic test set. It combines high-performance, multi-wavelength OTDR/PON OTDR, OLS, OPM, VFL and PON Power Meter in a rugged, hand-held package.

CS260 Contractor Series handheld OTDRs enable cost-effective troubleshooting of FTTx PONs and point-to-point metro/access networks. Two models are offered: CS260-10 FTTx PON Activation and Troubleshooting OTDR: 1625 nm Live PON OTDR with integrated PON Power Meter and VFL. CS260-20 Metro/Access Troubleshooting OTDR: 1310/1550 nm OTDR with integrated VFL.

The successful M200 OTDR with integrated VFL and support for the DFS1 Digital FiberScope will be replaced by an improved OTDR the M210. The M210 also includes an OPM making it capable of Tier 1, Tier 2 testing of MM and SM networks and end face inspection. Test, troubleshoot and document enterprise networks completely and easily using the intuitive Touch and Test™ user interface which simplifies the user experience, reduces training time and minimizes testing errors.

The NOYES OFL280 FlexTester is a hand-held, single-mode OTDR available in two- and three-wavelength models, equipped with optical power meter, light source, and visual fault-locator. With best-in-class dead zones and excellent dynamic range, the OFL280 FlexTester can test point-to-point fibers or PONs with split ratios up to 1x64. The OFL280-103 with ServiceSafe™ can fault-locate live fibers without disrupting service, and includes PON Power Meter to measure downstream FTTx power levels.

NOYES FlexTester PRO Kits combine an OFL280 or FLX380 FlexTester with a FOCIS Fiber Optic Connector Inspection System and connector cleaning supplies. Designed for optical network installers, FlexTester PRO Kits are packaged in a rugged, waterproof, lightweight hard carry case.

M700 Compact OTDR with OPM delivers a complete platform for testing multimode and single-mode fiber networks. With integrated optical power meter and visible fault locatorthe M700 is the one piece of equipment for testing, troubleshooting & documenting Metro, Enterprise, Service Provider fiber networks. AFL Touch and Test™ is an intuitive visual user interface which simplifies the user experience, reduces training time & testing errors enabling even novice to get the job done accurately.

The C850 is a compact multimode and single-mode OTDR with integrated OPM, OLS, and VFL. The C850 is designed for testing, troubleshooting & documenting Enterprise fiber networks. Touch and Test™ an intuitive visual user interface simplifies the user experience, reduces training time & testing errors enabling novices to get the job done accurately. Comes with TRM™ reporting software for reports compliant to TIA/ISO guidelines.

The C860 is the most efficient single-mode and multimode fiber optic certification OTDR (Tier 2) and loss (Tier 1) test set. Bi-directionally certify two fibers in two directions. Integrated OTDR, OPM, OLS and VFL allow users to complete more tests and generate comprehensive acceptance reports quickly. Touch and Test™ user interface has pass/fail thresholds and auto-test modes to enable technicians to test like a fiber expert.

The NOYES OFL250 is a single-mode OTDR with an integrated optical power meter (OPM), optical laser source (OLS), and visual fault locator (VFL) in a hand-held package weighing only 0.8 kg (1.8 lb). With short dead zone and 26 dB dynamic range, the OFL250 is ideal for troubleshooting single-mode fibers in local access and metro area networks.

The NOYES FTK Pro Installer Kit from AFL is an all-in-one fiber optic test equipment kit. The FTK kit provides a wide selection of fiber optic testing, cleaning, and inspection equipment to enable technicians to install and maintain fiber optic networks. Complete with multimode and single-mode test equipment, the kit includes cleaning and inspection equipment in a tough transit case. The Pro Installer Kit is ideal for TIA Tier 1 and Tier 2 testing and troubleshooting of enterprise networks.

NOYES Fiber Rings from AFL are often a necessity when testing with an OTDR. Both a launch and receive cable are required to measure complete link loss of a fiber with an OTDR. Because very long test cables are impractical to transport and use, NOYES designed coiled lengths of 50 µm multimode, 62.5 µm multimode, or single-mode fiber conveniently packaged in compact rings.

Test Results Manager TRM® is a powerful all-in-one Analysis and Reporting tool Users can review OTDR, OLTS, Certification and inspection results, analyze results and apply pass/fail criteria to Loss and OTDR results. Customized acceptance reports can be created by selecting from templates for presentation of results to end users for job signoff.

AFL’s Trace.Net software is a Windows®-based application designed to view, analyze, edit, and print OTDR trace files uploaded from AFL OTDRs including the OFL280 FlexTester, OFL250 and M200 OTDRs. Trace.Net’s intuitive user interface displays graphical OTDR trace, event table, setup info, and fiber identification data.
